A shared mailbox provides a generic (as opposed to personal) email address that can be used by multiple people within a department. These mailboxes follow the form department.function@utoronto.ca or department@utoronto.ca. For example,
Your new shared mailbox will be created in UTmail+ for Faculty and Staff.
You will be the owner of this mailbox. You must be on UTmail+ for Faculty and Staff.
Anyone else who needs access to the mailbox will also need to be on UTmail+.
